The Leads Management section in HealthPro is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline the process of managing patient leads, ensuring that no opportunity is missed, and that each lead is handled with the appropriate level of attention.
Key Features:
Lead Categories: Helps in tracking the progress of each lead, ensuring that they move smoothly through the pipeline.
The leads are categorized into four distinct stages:
Open: Leads that with Bot or have yet to be engaged.
Requesting: Leads assigned to agent but yet to be responded by agent.
Replied: Leads that have been responded to but not yet resolved.
Resolved: Leads that have been fully addressed and closed.
Search and Filter Functionality:
The search bar allows you to quickly find specific leads by entering relevant keywords or criteria.
Filter options enable you to sort leads by Time and Value, helping you to prioritize your efforts based on urgency or potential revenue.
Lead Cards:
Each lead is displayed as a card with key information:
Color Coding: Leads are color-coded based on their potential revenue value:
Green: High-value leads.
Yellow/Orange: Medium-value leads.
Brown/Red: Low-value leads.
Potential Revenue: Displayed prominently on each card, allowing you to quickly assess the financial significance of each lead.
Source: Indicates where the lead originated (e.g., CTWA, FB_form, Direct), giving context to the lead’s journey.
Timestamp: Shows the exact time the lead was last interacted with, helping you prioritize based on recency.
