Key Concepts
The words used across the Workflow Builder and the Care Manager, as they appear on screen
These are the terms you will meet on the canvas and on the board. Each is written as the screen shows it.
Building
Term as displayed | Meaning |
|---|---|
Workflow | One published design per account, plus any number of drafts |
Published / Draft | The status chip on the workflow list; only the published workflow runs |
Lead Source | The node whose rules decide which patients enter, by their source |
Stage | A step worked by a person: a stage name, an assignment rule, a due time, tasks, call outcomes and a form |
Start Node | The blue badge on the node where a new patient begins |
Output | A connector drawn from a node to the next node; each output takes exactly one connection |
Manual Call Actions | The stage switch that turns on the three call outcomes and their retries |
Attach Form | The stage's form; each of its conditions becomes an output |
Working
Term as displayed | Meaning |
|---|---|
Task | A to-do created when the patient enters a stage; it shows on the Tasks tab and drives the card's due badge |
Today / Upcoming / Overdue | The three buckets of the board, decided by the patient's earliest open due time |
All Tickets | The tab that shows every stage together |
In Progress | The tab that lists patients whose stage conversation is already resolved |
Update Call Status | The button that records Not Interested, Didn't Pick Up or Call Back Later |
Select Stage | The action that moves a patient to a stage by hand |
FEEDBACK SCHEDULED | The task created when a form is submitted with a follow-up time |
Manage Stages | The dialog where each agent picks which stage tabs they see and in what order |
Timing
Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
Stage Due Time | The stage's clock; the due moment the board uses when the patient has no open task |
Due Time | The task's own clock, shown on the Tasks tab |
Follow-up time | A time entered with a form submission; it creates a dated task and does not move the patient |
