Manage Stages and the Repository
Choosing which stage tabs you see and in what order, and the column view of every stage
The board shows the stages of the published workflow, but each agent decides which of them they see and in what order. The Repository shows every stage side by side for a supervisor's overview.
Manage Stages
Manage Stages on the board opens the dialog "Manage Stage Visibility" with two columns:

All Stages | The stages hidden from your board; the header counts them, and "No inactive stages" shows when every stage is visible |
Active Stages | The stages shown as tabs, in tab order; "No active stages" and "Drag stages from the left column" show when it is empty |
- Drag a stage from All Stages into Active Stages to show it, or press the cross on an active stage to hide it.
- Drag within Active Stages to reorder the tabs.
- Press Save Changes. "Stage visibility updated" confirms it and the tabs reload in the new order; Cancel discards the change.
What visibility does and does not change:
- It changes your tabs only. Every agent has their own visibility and order; a supervisor's arrangement does not affect the team.
- A hidden stage still holds its patients. They stay reachable through All Tickets and search.
- A newly published stage starts visible, at the end of the order.
Example: a counsellor who only works the first two calling stages hides the booking and post-visit stages and drags "First call" in front of "Second call"; the booking team sees the opposite arrangement.
The In Progress Tab
In Progress appears in the dialog like a stage and can be hidden. On the board it lists patients whose stage conversation has already been resolved, which happens when the patient's form or call outcome closed the stage's conversation while the workflow continued elsewhere.
The Repository
Care Manager → Repository shows the published workflow as columns, one per stage in the published order, plus a Completed column at the end. Manage Stages does not apply here: every stage is shown.

Clicking a card in a stage column opens that patient on the Leads board, with the board filtered to that conversation. Cards in the Completed column do not open.
Because every stage is a column, the Repository is the place to spot a stage that is filling up, or a stage that has gone quiet.
