Service Counters

Walk-in Configuration per Counter

Each counter has its own walk-in settings:

Setting

What It Controls

Enabled

Whether walk-in tokens can be issued for this counter

Daily Limit

Maximum tokens per day (null = unlimited)

Notification Thresholds

Queue positions at which patients are notified (e.g. at position 3 and 1)

Counter Status Tracking

Each counter tracks its current state:

  • Current Serving Token — The token number currently being served
  • Last Called At — When the last token was called (for wait time estimation)

Activating and Deactivating Counters

Counters can be deactivated when not in use (e.g. during off-hours or when a counter is closed for maintenance). Deactivated counters don't accept new tokens but existing tokens in the queue continue to be served.
